That’s why we have chosen to offer local support in ten different languages. Currently, we offer support by email and telephone in Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, English, German, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish.
We offer support to all of our customers, but the time of support vary according to your chosen ad serving solution (professional, Advanced or Basic).
Workshops
We also offer workshops in the use of EmediateAd. The workshops are offered at various levels to accommodate the needs of both EmediateAd novices, experts and those in between. Currently, the workshops are held in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland.
